The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to solve any problem. The hotel felt like a home away from home, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms. The modern and stylish decor was mind-blowing, especially the chic beds and bedding. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was compact yet fully equipped with jaw-dropping utensils. The unexpected bonus of an electric steamer for clothes was a game-changer. The hotel's location in the university area provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for restful sleep. The wellness area with a sauna was a super addition, and the self-serve breakfast/coffee bar and outdoor seating area were fantastic. The city center was a short walk away, making it convenient to explore. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you to the entire staff for brightening up my stay! Merry Christmas and best wishes for continued success!

Everything was absolutely amazing during our stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in online and received the digit key on our phone, we were mind-blown by the attention to detail and convenience. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable, and we loved the well-stocked self-serve breakfast and coffee bar in the bar/lounge area. The outdoor seating area was a great spot to enjoy our meals. The "wellness area" with a sauna was a jaw-dropping bonus, and we made good use of it. The small kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed, and the electric kettle was super handy for making hot beverages. The express check-in/out process was a breeze, and we appreciated the air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the city center. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Merry Christmas and best wishes to the amazing staff!

The room was small, yet clean and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The online check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the nearby restaurant were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The manager's personal tour of the bar and sauna areas added an extra touch. The hi-tech door system and personal touches throughout the room were impressive. Mrs. S, the manager, was incredibly helpful and passionate about the hotel. I would definitely book here again if in the area!

My Easter stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the well-stocked breakfast and coffee bar where I could kick start my day with a variety of options while enjoying the outdoor seating area. The robot hotel was an innovative concept, and everything worked like a charm - from using my phone to check in and open all doors to the comfortable bed, pillow, and sauna experience. The location was also perfect, with takeaway options nearby, a small fridge in the room, and pleasant staff who were always available through the message app.
During my stay, I didn't come across any significant negative issues that would ruin my Easter experience. The only challenge I faced was locating the touchpad switch to turn on the sauna, which was wrongly labeled in the booklet. Though it was unsettling, I managed to solve the problem by locating the breaker box and turning it on. my stay was impressive, and I plan on returning to enjoy the excellent services the hotel has to offer.
